Nors butas daugiabutyje, bet buvo tylu, ramu, patogi lova ir pagalvės. Raktas nuo buto paliktas dėžutėje su kodu, kas labai patogu. Vietos automobiliui buvo tiek kieme tiek šalia gatvėje įrengtose parkavimo vietose.

Butas gana tamsus, nes šalia auga medžiai, kurie riboja šviesos patekimą į kambarius. Bet jeigu lauke labai karšta, tai daugiau privalumas.
