Clean, new, nice host

Too bright in the morning,

The location of this property, just below Castle Hill, was excellent. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was friendly and welcoming. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped - I was only there for one night, but it would have made an ideal base for a longer stay. Overall, I was very pleased with this choice.

Close to city center; walkable area, super clean, warm (was there during a cold winter night), narrow but firm bed, great bathroom. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with via whatsapp (I speak Hungarian).

Had to pay a small tourist tax in cash on arrival that booking.com either didn't notify me about or was lost in the small print somewhere. This should be made super clear as you can't expect all guests to run around with cash on them. Alternatively, this site should add it to the price. it was literally barely over 1 EUR (for 1 person for 1 night). A bigger issue was a car alarm that went off before 7 and was audible loud and clear even though the window was closed. So, having gone to bed after 1am after attending a dance social, I was not able to get a full good night's sleep in under 6 hours. To my mind, I pay for the ability to rest and recover when rent on this site, hence I can't give a perfect score.

The location is perfect. The rooms are well equiped.

The are no twin bed even though they have 3 rooms. The room near the street is a little bit noisy.
