"Very enjoyable stay"

Great location. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Comfy bed. Good communication with the host. Great amenities and had everything we needed.

The shower door leaked. Coffee machine didn’t work. More towels and second (softer) pillow would be nice. The cover on the sofa & uncomfortable sofa. I didn’t enjoy being constantly reminded by the host regarding the garbage schedule. I don’t think one should worry about this while enjoying their vacation.

"Very Happy House indeed"

Alessia is a wonderful host, kind and very helpful. The location is good for shops, market, beach and train station. The apartment is very well equipped, modern with large comfortable bed and comfortable sofa in lounge for relaxing after busy days out. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment was very quiet.

We were a bit disappointed that the outside area was walled so no view of street or garden. This didn't spoil a lovely holiday, would definitely recommend Happy House

"Beautiful flat in a very beautiful place!"

Wonderful, very cosy flat. Everything needed for living. Was better than on the pictures. Everything is new and arranged with a good taste. It takes just a few minutes to reach the beach. Would book again. Friendly host.

We loved everything about Happy House: clean, cosy, equipped with everything that you need, baby friendly, walking distance to the train station and to the beach, located in the center of Vilareggio. Perfect stay for us(2 adults and 1 baby)
