"Clean, well equipped and quiet."

Fairly close to the sea, all essentials provided, very good and friendly host. Stefano was great and very helpful.

Parking is a nightmare in the city, but it has nothing to do with the host.

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartament. Close to the beatiful beach, great place to visit Piza, Lukka. The host Stefano is a very nice and friendly person. Grazie Stefano 😁

The appartment is very comfortable, 2 bedrooms with double beds, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom and nice balcony. It is placed very close to the train station, beach and local stores and markets. The Host is very nice and helpful, greeted us with some snacks and wine. Thank you!

Highly recommended, great location 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the beach. Lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Lovely outdoor balcony. Stefano, the owner, is very kind and was very accommodating when we had a problem with our travel dates. Also left us a lovely welcome bottle of wine.

There were no negatives.

"Great apartment in a great location."

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable and clean. It had a great terrace that caught the late afternoon sun. Brilliantly located for the train station and close to a small market and supermarket for all your provisions. The host Stefano was very friendly and welcoming.

Nice apartment with a nice terrace, nice location, very close to the train station and 10 min walk to the beach. Stefano is an excellent host, his attention to details was very much appreciated. Our kids loved the free cookies on arrival:)

During the high season, finding the parking place nearby could be problematic. We rented a car for a couple of days and it was a real struggle (not Stefano's fault obviously).

5 min walk to train station and 10/15 min walk to town centre and beach, Stefano is very obliging, we found WhatsApp great for communication, spotlessly clean & spacious, very comfy beds, & nice to have a balcony. Bottle of wine & snacks provided went down a treat! Thankyou Stefano.

Fantastic location, 200 metres from train station. Very close to beach and promenade. comfortable beds, all accessories provided by Stefano, the owner. Excellent 😀😀😀
