The flat is wonderful and comfortable. Its layout is a bit strange and unusual, with a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom that is not adjacent to them. You can get used to it. The living room with a terrace is the gem of this flat. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

I reported minor current flaws to the housekeeper.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön.Die Küche super ausgestattet.Die Tarasse ist auch sehr schön.

Kompletně vybavený a velice hezky a stylově zařízený dvojpokojový apartmán s letní kuchyní a prostorným balkonem. (pokoje vybavené klimatizací) Dobře vybavená kuchyň, vč. myčky a pračky (tablety/kapsle k dispozici). K dispozici dále kávovar se startovacím balíčkem kapslí a také přístroje a svíčky proti komárům. Komunikace s pronajímatelkou byla velice snadná, čekala na nás v dohodnutý čas a vše nám ukázala. Na uvítanou jsme dostali lahev vína a drobné sladké sušenky. Ubytování se nachází v klidné části města, v dochozí vzdálenosti se nachází menší supermarket, další jsou dostupné autem. Centrum městečka v dochozí vzdálenosti - ca.15 min. pěšky. Na pláž jsme jezdili autem, v naší marině bylo parkování součástí plážového servisu. slunečník+2 polohovací křesla a 1 lehátko=35 Eur, další lehátko +10 Eur. Široké pláže, minimum lidí.

The hosts met us on time, gave us the keys, showed us everything, and explained everything. If there were any issues, we communicated by phone. It was quite a long walk to the sea, and the nearby beach wasn’t very good, but if you have a car, everything is easily accessible. Parking was on the street, and we had to look for a spot, which wasn’t always right next to the house.

Non c’e’ nulla che mi abbia colpito particolarmente, i gestori sono sicuramente molto gentili, ma non basta a coprire i difetti della struttura in generale.

Appartamento Giardino su piu’ livelli, zona notte e zona giorno separate, scomodo sopratutto per chi ha bambini piccoli. Arredamento molto alla buona, cucina dotata di tutti i confort, ma molto buia, giardinetto gradevole, ma con il caldo implacabile diventa poco usufruibile, stanze da letto con aria condizionata, ma arredamento molto retro’ e dettagli poco curati. La zona e’ decentrata, per carita’ a viareggio tutto e’ raggiungibile in bici, ma non ripeterei l’esperienza.

The hosts are very nice, fast with communication and super friendly! Check in was easy, the house is incredibly big, clean and it has everything you might need. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend!
