Tália - City Center whit pool- Vilamoura

O check-in que poderia ser a partir das 15 horas, por atraso na limpeza do apartamento só podemos entrar depois das 18:30 h, o que nos desagradou bastante. Piscina grande mas a zona envolvente bastante pobre.

The rooms are large and well equipped , modern comfortable and great location . Check in was fine once we rang we were met and shown in promptly.

When we arrived we were told the pool was empty and that we should have been notified of this. I checked all 10 emails that I had from Talia none mentioned the empty pool. This has unfortunately ruined our break somewhat as we had a member with limited mobility so we choose apartments they had a pool to relax. The apartments were more expensive than usual possibly as it is a bank holiday so if we had known there was no pool we would have booked alternative accommodation on this occasion.

Die Übergabe der Schlüssels dauerte 90 min . Das geht gar nicht. Möbel in der Wohnung alt und dreckig Matratze durchgelegen , Keine Bettwäsche, Dusche läuft über und flutet das ganze Bad. Bei Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier. Küche war in Ordnung. Türschlösser fallen fast ab . Werde die Wohnung nie jemandem empfehlen oder selber noch mal buchen.

We stayed 7 nights it is a lovely an clean great location and staff were very helpful an friendly .

Only thing we found was the bed was very uncomfortable and a mirror in bedroom would have been nice .

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen with ample storage.Great fridge freezer.Towels we're lovely and soft and we had a part service in the week with a change of bedding.

Just felt the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Close to the beach and close to the marina

Washing machine did not work properly. It wouldn’t always turn on. I also got an electric shock when trying to use the washing machine. Also, it would have been nice to have some essentials such as hand sanitiser for the bathroom and maybe a small amount of washing powder for the washing machine.

Perto da praia, dos restaurantes e do supermercado.

Portas do prédio constantemente abertas. Pouca segurança. Fechadura da porta do apartamento pouco segura. Fechadura das portas de acesso à varanda estragadas(não fechavam. Barulho diurno contínuo de obras noutros apartamentos. Muito barulho à noite por parte de outros inquilinos.
