Muito poucos utensílios de cozinha, faltando coisas básicas, como varinha mágica, tesoura, facas para cortar carne por ex., tachos só tinha 2 panelas (uma grande, uma muito grande) e um tacho pequeno, não tinha tachos médios, considerando sermos 4 pessoas seria o indicado Panos da louça tinha apenas 1, o que é claramente insuficiente já que ou estamos sempre a lavá-lo ou não dá para 1 semana.

"Don’t go until nearby building work complete!"

Eventually met at the property by Mario of HD properties (he wasn’t there despite calling in advance as instructed). Apartment was clean and ready for us. Didn’t really notice our surroundings until the following morning when we awoke at 7.30am to lots of noise! Opened the bedroom curtains to see the building site next door, a three storey timber framed construction with scaffolding and builders on every level less than 20 metres away who could see directly into the apartment! This had all obviously been going on for some time. We Went outside to the garden area and spotted the pool, as we got closer saw there was a wire fence all around the pool which was empty except for three workmen who appeared to be re-tiling. A conversation with a neighbour who said the pool had been closed for more than two months! Now apparently the owners of the apartment had been there immediately prior to our visit but did he report any of this, NO THEY DIDNT! So we contacted HD properties who administer the property. At first they didn’t reply but looking on google we discovered their offices were a three minute walk away so we went! Their agent Sasha had that minute replied to our message and was offering us alternative accommodation. One apartment was close by and after being shown the apartment we agreed to transfer the next morning. HD properties helped us move our cases and offered £€50 in compensation which we accepted! Well done them but really, someone should have told us prior to arrival!!

Outside space. Plenty towels available. Airfyer in kitchen. Location.

Directions were very vague. Only for the gentleman in the upper apartment..we'd still be looking for it. Bathrooms need updating, didn't feel clean. Grout black in both bathrooms.Wallpaper peeling off walls. Lots of tiles missing in the pool. Fuse blew when plugged in toaster.

This is a great apartment in a quiet area with 2 ensuite bedrooms and a large main lounge / dining area and seperate kitchen. It was a short walk into the Marina and to the beach (maybe 10 mins to get to each) and this was perfect, we could walk into the action but when we left it we returned to a nice quiet place. Key collection was easy, they met us at the apartment and showed us round and all communication with the managing agents was easy and prompt. Well equipped - WIFI excellent and having a washing machine was also really good, and a decent hair dryer too. Nice outside space with 4 sun loungers with cushions too, plus space to put them in the sun. Air con in the bedrooms and living room was really helpful on occasions. Good TV with USB so we could use a stick with our own stuff as well as watching the NOS channels. Comfy bed and slept really well. Shutters were good for keeping the worst of the sun out and for security when out of the place. There is a great automatic awning that can come out from the lounge terrace.... nice to sit out but not in full sun when you get too hot..and you can move it out as much as you need.

These are really really small things.. could have had a chopping board and maybe an oven tray in the kitchen. The whole area is a bit buggy (not the type of mozzies who could carry off a small child, but little ones that did bite if they could).... nothing can be done about that but bring insect repellent. The pool in the complex is not heated and was too cold for me (but I am a wimp).

We lived from June 9 to June 13 in apartment number 21. The apartments are generally good, but there are negative moments.

Some negative moments: 1. Firstly, in the description of the apartment it says Pool View. This is not entirely true - out of 8 windows, only 3 have a semi-side view of the pool, remote from the pool and actually you don't see the pool. The rest of the windows face the street. This is misleading. 2. A very sharp and not very pleasant smell in the bedroom, two windows of which face the street - it remains not clear what is the source of this smell, either from sewer manholes that are next to the windows, or from plants and their flowers outside the windows, or from detergents, which, probably, washed the apartments before delivery. However, after two days I almost stopped noticing this smell - either it became weak, or I got used to it. 3. In the parking lot, just after the garage gate, there was a large puddle, which led to the fact that you had to wet your feet to get to the car. 4. When you set estimated time of arrival you will have to estimate it quite precisely, otherwise you will have to wait if you arrive earlier. We set arrival time to 6-7pm, but arrived at 5:30. We had to wait until 6:10 to make check-in. 5. Despite the fact that according to the rules of the apartments, check-out must be done before 10 am, and check-in after 3 pm, that is, the owners have 5 hours to wash the apartment, when we checked in at 6 pm, it turned out that the floors were very wet, that is, cleaning was carried out immediately before our check-in, and it took another 3-4 hours for them to dry completely.
