Acolhimento muito mau. Internet apesar da insistência da nossa parte nunca resolveram. Porta do alojamento só fechava no trinco. Não nos foi dada informação do acesso a piscina,assim como do funcionamento do sofá cama. Frigorífico não refrigeração. Cheio de gelo.

Gostei de onde se localizava o alojamento, bem situado, tinha uma boa paisagem!

Limpeza razoável

The apartment was nice, well decorated, comfortable furniture, the swimming pool was great. If the problems were fixed this apartment would be great to rent.

The apartment as seen in pictures is lovely, however the air con on the bedroom didn’t work which was not ideal. The light on the balcony didn’t work neither did the lamp in the sitting room. There was a certain woman who has an apartment downstairs who made it her business to be watching who was coming and going to the pool. The code to the gates was changed in the middle of our stay and it took a day for us to get the new keys so we missed out on the pool. She wouldn’t allow anyone in if she seen us coming and was always complaining to the grounds manager and just making people uncomfortable thinking she owned the place and nobody renting had the right to be there

The property was very spacious and had everything you could need for a home away from home. The view was great from the balcony too. The pool area was lovely, plenty of shaded areas. Added bonus there’s a Spar Shop directly underneath and two places to eat to the side of the apartment.

It’s not the easiest to find when you first arrive. Might be worth writing in the instructions it’s above the Spar Shop. The air con didn’t work properly in the bedroom, it blew out hot air.
