"Bed bugs - took a while to get a reply and ended up booking elsewhere."

The bed had a bed bug infestation and had to pay for new accommodation- still not been refunded. Hotel has a slightly different name than advertised, really hard to find.

Great shower. Night time staff were nice. Felt a safe building.

Bedroom window caked in pigeon poo with them sat outside the window at all times. No pigeon proofing done at all which has been done on the balcony. Pigeons coo all hours of the day and night so sleep was poor all week. Couldn’t open window for fresh air as they would have been in the room with us.

Location was great, very close to Vilamoura marina. Clean apartment.

Pool wasn't in operation and there was no notice given about this. There was a birds nest outside of our window and was really hard to sleep through. Apartment was very dark too, photos made it look bright, and no view from our balcony either :(
