Location is alright

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Do not book this property. We stayed here for 6 nights and everything was going alright until we checked out. They sent me my deposit the day after i checked out then the next day took it right back out of my account. I messaged them asking why and they said because “stuff was broken” i asked what was broken because we did not break anything, to which they replied some chairs WHICH WERE LIKE THAT BEFORE WE CAME, we never once sat on those chairs, then i asked what else and they said bloody towels. My friend had nosebleeds during our stay and blood got on the towels and they said we left the apartment a mess but we did everything they asked, we took out the trash, washed all our dishes, closed all windows and doors and turned off all lights on departure and even stripped the used bed sheets. I told them they never informed me that there was an extra cleaning fee and they then started ignoring me on whatsapp and told me to email a silly email. I will never be returning here and i hope you dont waste your time with these people.

The outside of the building is very shabby and the lobby sometimes left unlocked....But the biggest gripe i have is holding on to the deposit for 30 days after checkout.. So another person can walk straight into the property after its cleaned and they still hold onto your money for a month !! Rip off !!
