The view from the balcony is amazing! It was perfect. Price/value is also very good. There was new window, new mosquito net. I could also cook there.

The place is overall very nice. The location is great - just nearby the beach. The view is amazing as is the beach - incredibly clear waters and golden sand. Right under the room one has a tavern available with nice food and amazing cocktails. The atmosphere was very authentic - no packs of tourists, just few foreigners and mainly locals. Supermarkets are just a drive away. I would recommend slight cosmetic improvements - shower head handle would have been great, drain system needs uncloging, new shower curtains wont be such a big investment. The 'what didnt you like' field to be active :)
