Die Unterkunft ist sauber, schön eingerichtet von altem erhalten und trotzdem modern. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Idéalement situé, dans un cadre idyllique au milieux des vignes, oliviers et un calme reposant après les visites des villes animées autour ( Porec, Rovinj). Proche aussi de très jolis villages à visiter. Enfin nous remercions une nouvelle fois Petra, sa maman pour leur accueil et leurs attentions.

I’m not sure whether to praise the hostess or the accommodation first. Mrs. Petra is an absolutely wonderful, kind, and attentive host – truly a lovely person. The house is spotless, spacious, and full of old-world charm that captivates you instantly. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. I truly hope I’ll have the chance to visit Vižinada again and stay in this same accommodation.

Beautiful house, recently renovated with a touch of traditional. The hosts were some of the most hospitable I have ever encountered and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Highly recommended for family or group of friends.

The accommodation was perfect! The Baldasi family was great and so kind! They produce extraordinary extra virgin olive oil that you can buy. The best stay in Istra!

Petra is an exceptionally kind and attentive host with a great feel for hospitality. She gave us plenty of useful tips on sights, beaches, restaurants, and also surprised us with some delicious produce from their family farm such as tomatoes, eggs, jam and wine. The location is superb for discovering the west coast of Istria (Rovinj, Porec, Novigrad, Brijuni islands) and also the central region (Motovun, Groznjan). Peaceful surroundings, lovely rolling landscape with vineyards and olive trees. A lot of nice beaches within a 20 min drive, and good restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this house for an authentic experience of Istria.

Very spacious, we loved the local delicacies and the amazing view. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, Petra is super kind. This place is simply the best.
