Green Point Home Chios

Green point is well located near the main road along the sea with some shopping and eating locations within walking distance. Bicycles are provided to allow you venture further without requiring a car. Air conditioning was great and the beds and lounge are comfortable. The terrace picks up good breeze. The water pressure and hot water were good.

We stayed here last year as well. The floor in the bedroom needed repair then and still is not fixed properly although better than last year. It really can cause injuries and should be properly repaired. Danger of splintering. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain so water gets everywhere even though we were careful. The cleaning was done daily but not until very late in the day 3-4pm. We often had to wait outside upon arrival to wait for cleaning staff to leave

Great view. Modern facilities. Daily maid service. Comfy & clean bed & pillows. Great water pressure. Safe residential neighborhood.

Wifi was sketchy. A dangerous slippery shower. Parking spot was sometimes iffy. Noisy apartment neighbors.

Easy to find space to park the car. All was very clean. A silent area at night. Comfortable bed, spacious room with cooking facilities and sufficient options to hang clothes, also outside there was a hanger for wet beach towels. Front of the apartment has a nice chill porch with table and chairs. Easy pick up of the key at their office in Chios center.

There was a temporary issue with the WiFi, but after calling the host about the problem, it was fixed soon after and working fine :-)) Although being extremely clean, there was a bit of a smell as if the place wasn't aired frequently, as if moisture had been around... Just wanted to share this, we didn't find it much of a problem for our short stay.

The house was beautiful, convenient and most importantly clean. The area where the house is located is very beautiful, close to the center.

The bathroom door is a little difficult to open. The pull-out beds in the living room could be a little more comfortable.

The view of the village and sea from the room with a sea view was wonderful. I found parking without a problem. I got my hire car via them also and got a great little car at a reasonable price to explore the island. Vrontados is a great location to explore the rest of Chios and I had ease of access getting out of Vrontados from where I stayed. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Vrontados

There wasn't much I didn't like but I think the building needs a bit of maintenance.
