the apartment is located in short walking distance to the lovely city center and to the river, in a quiet neighborhood. ideal for 3-4 people. a bakery is within 5 min walking distance. a grocery store with included bakery is in 3min walking distance. a few parking spots (which are not for residents only) are in walking distance. getting the keys/entering the apartment is very convenient. communication prior to rent was very good with many recommendations to do in Würzburg.

the apartment is basic and the people in it make it cosy. not ideal for people who feel cold easily. the heaters were not easy to use, however, the apartment had 2 electric heaters. we spent most of the time outside, so it was ok for us.
