Die Lage fantastisch, sehr sehr nette Vermieter! Das Studio ist ein charmanter Altbau , geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos . Das Bad ist klein aber für die Größe echt gut durchdacht die Dusche ist sogar für grosse Menschen gut und komfortabel nutzbar Wasser wurde schön warm. Shampoo und sogar Hautcreme und Gesichtswaschseife war vorhanden das fand ich ganz toll

Ausstattung an Geschirr etc hätte bisschen besser sein können, für ein WE absolut ausreichend es war von allem was da , aber eher nur Einzelteile zwei Weingläser z.b. wären schön gewesen , das Waschbecken zum Geschirr Abwaschen sehr klein , eher ein Handwaschbecken schlecht für den Abwasch und da keine Spüma vorhanden ist fragt man sich schon ob der Vorgänger alles richtig abgespült hat 🙈 . Ausreichend Spülmittel, Tücher , trockentücher waren aber vorhanden Leider riecht es aus dem Bad abends sehr unangenehm nach Kanalisation, was im Bett dann nicht so schon ist aber es ist halt ein Altbau und da kann ja niemand was dafür

Die Ausstattung war sehr geringfügig.

We lived there for four weeks, and everything was fantastic. All amenities are within walking distance; the only things missing for a proper apartment are a washing machine and a stove! Fortunately, there's a laundromat just 50 meters around the corner, parking about 200 meters away, and restaurants with delicious food right in front of the building. I'd even recommend renting this apartment out long-term. I'm also very pleased with the helpful staff, who are available 24/7 in any situation. For example, even when our power went out due to grid overloads due to construction in our city, the staff quickly and clearly explained how to fix everything. The owner once came to us with the insurance company to inspect the house. They scheduled the visit in advance and coordinated it with us. The inspection literally took two minutes, and then they left. This happens, since the apartments are designed for short-term rentals. (I don't consider this a negative, I just can't see it as a positive.) I'd also like to point out a point for future renters of these apartments: When booking the apartment, make sure you're renting a Deluxe apartment (with a terrace), not a One Badroom Apartment (without a terrace). This is a pretty tricky thing to do, because if you simply book the apartment, you'll end up booking a One Badroom Apartment (without a terrace), and you won't be able to change your reservation. (In fact, this is the tenant's fault, the owner is not to blame. I would just like to emphasize that it is quite easy to confuse the apartment on Booking.com, and therefore it is very important to contact the owner in advance.)

We have no complaints whatsoever. We would happily go back there again.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment ideal für zwei Personen wir hatten noch einen kleinen Hund dabei, und die Lage ist auch sehr gut nicht weit zum Strand und ins Zentrum, der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Der Fernseher könnte ein paar mehr deutsche Programme haben, wir waren im Dezember dort und leider hat das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt, da musste halt das Handy mit Netflix reichen. Aber dramatisch ist das auch nicht man ist ja zum Urlaub machen da und nicht zum Fernseher schauen.
