We were completely victimized.. We couldn't find the house because the address wasn't written exactly. We called her at late at night but she didn't answer the phone. Because our plane arrived late at night. We paid the money but unfortunately we couldn't stay at home. We were left on the street in the middle of the night. Our money was gone. The landlord sent a message the next day. She said he couldn't answer because it was late. I agree with her. Then he won't rent his house after 9:00 PM. Since you're renting your house then you have to reply to your customers even at night. By the way, I hope you changed the address of your house. PS: When we asked for our money back, he told us to ask for it from booking.com.....
