Lage und Einrichtung waren top. Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ruhezeitenvorgabe (kein Lärm von 23:00 Uhr bis 8:00 Uhr) passt bei einem Stadtappartement nicht, aber dem gemeinsamen Eingang mit dem Vermieter geschuldet. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für Nachteulen daher nicht geeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt! Super modern und sehr komfortabel. Sie liegt direkt mitten in Zierikzee, eine wunderschöne Straße, so das man alles fussläufig erreichen kann.

"Great apartment and location - but be home by 11pm"

Beautiful, spacious, very clean apartment. Very nice decor. Sofa bed was very comfortable. All the facilities you would need for a short stay. Hosts were quite pleasant. Excellent location.

Quiet hours of 11pm to 8am were highlighted in advance. Hosts explained their bedroom was unwisely designed next to guest apartment. We came home at 11.30pm, spoke in low tones, no music or tv, but hosts complained next day of hearing key in the lock and doors closing and my son briefly crying. We were asked to be home the following night before 11pm and to open the door only once (to avoid noise from key) as the hosts bedroom was next door. As a couple with a young child we appreciate the need to respect quiet hours. However it seems an 11pm curfew is expected, rather than quiet hours! Hosts would benefit from investing in sound proofing. Highly recommend this accommodation for a couple without children who can ensure they are home by 11pm each night.
