Mājoklis atrodas netālu no galvenās ielas, netālu no iepirkšanas centra. Ir speciāla stāvvieta automašīnai. Patīkams interjers mājoklī.

Tika atsūtīts kods atslēgas saņemšanai, diemžēl, uzliekot nepieciešamo ciparu kombināciju dzīvokļa durvīm, tās nevarēja atvērt. Tikai pēc daudzkārtējiem mēģinājumiem un pielietojot papildierīces, izdevās tikt pie atslēgas. Nebija norādīts telefona numurs nepieciešamības gadījumā sazināties ar apsaimniekotāju. Dzīvoklī un vannas istabā uz grīdas bija redzami un atrodami iepriekšējo iemītnieku MATI!!! :(
