erdvus butas, puikiai tinka kelioms naktis su dviem vaikais. Vieta mieste patogi, parkingas lauke ir požeminis, šalia didelė žaidimų aišktelė vaikams.

sudėtingas koridorius iš parkingo iki laiptinės, nėra tiesioginio lifto, labai siaura parkingo vieta, labai juntamas kanalizacijos kvapas vonioje. trūksta popierinių rankšluosčių virtuvėje.
