Un apartament placut, foarte curat, curte cu suficient spatiu pentru a parca cel putin doua masini.

Cam racoare in camera, nefiind disponibil un temostat. Canapeaua mov nu a fost deloc confortabila, exista un lemn tare fix pe mijloc, nu se poate dormi efectiv pe el.
