# location is excellent oversight the famous Stanley bridge. # the host is respectful and tries to solve , within limits,any issues.

# Filthy furniture. # poorly equipped kitchen. # Filthy plumbing.you have to open the kitchen tap to ignite the gas water heater, just to have warm water shower. # the photos are not contemporary to reflect the real status of the property. # the electricity metre need to be charged twice with corresponding twice power outage when it ran out of credit.it takes 6 hours to be charged and restore power.

- The view from the balcony is fantastic - The location is very convenient to all the city places to visit. - The parking is very good and easy, and the parking man is very helpful. - The apartment is so clean, and it was easy to get access to it. - The building is very good and the lift is always available.

- The furniture is old and need to be upgraded. - The kitchen appliances need to be updated and provide more tools there, not enough tools to eat with family. - The electricity was cut off due to insufficient balance on the electricity meter, it was annoying to stay 1 hour without electricity until detecting its only our apartment to have that problem.

Spacious. Nice view from small balcony. Reasonably comfortable beds.

Not many plates or cups , cutlery in the kitchen.
