large green garden for kids & barbecue.

Beds & sofa beds were extremely comfortable. All kitchen utensils are working fine. The staff is very honest, we forgot an IPHONE and we picked it after 2 hrs from check out.

The apartment needs maintenance, the garden is very nice but not clean and needs maintenance. The cards of the beach doesn't match the reserved number of people as they rejected the owner's card so we had to pay 125L.E extra. It's not a private beach, anyone can enter with money. And the beach is horrible, too crowed. They insisted that we leave earlier at 11 instead of 12 noon as reserved but we refused. Towels are very old and consumed, no amenities at all.

Wonderful and very clean apartment. The owner Eng. Mahmoud Saad is very kind and polite man. The guard Mahmoud is very cooperative.

Nothing in the apartment, only the neighbors are not responsible for the cleanliness

Instructions of how to use the washing machine, the garden was spacious, fridge was good. Loved the paper attached on the counter with all the close by restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy contacts. The owner was very nice. The WiFi and AC were perfect.

Cleanliness of the apartment. There were lots of ants and spiders. The sheets were not clean, the toilet wasn't clean.
