Помешкання в історичному центрі міста, дуже тихо, жодних шумів ні від сусідів, ні з вулиці не чути. Є де припаркувати автомобіль. Безконтактне заселення. В квартирі (по факту це однокімнатні апартаменти) ідеальна чистота, є одноразові засоби гігієни (тапочки і зубні щітки), білі халати, біла постіль- все чисто і накрохмалено). Однозначно рекомендую, співвідношення ціна/якість на рівні.

В помешканні сподобалось все. Єдине що може спантеличити - це двір до квартири, який виглядає досить запущеним.
