Very dirty didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we came, toothpaste marks in sink unflushed toilet bins full. Photos do not describe property we had a sofa bed with no balcony

The location is good for young couples who have no problem with going up 3 sets of stairs (It's located in Beausoleil, France...not in Monaco). I have never seen any accommodation as clean as this one, best cleaning EVER. The casino is just a 10m walk and the main avenue with restaurants is like 8m away. There is a good burger spot 1m away for food cravings. The facility is great, nice floor, nice windows, nice bed, nice fridge, and the best shower I had after traveling 1 month in Europe!!! I could sleep peacefully with the windows open without being woken up by noise. Outside, there's even an artificial patio where you can do picnics or smoke

The place is in Beausoleil and not in Monaco as advertised. They have a serious cockroach issue, but nothing a fumigator can't handle (plus, the insects are tiny). The bed and sofa have a stain, which can also be handled. Higher quality pillows would be great. Biggest problem I had: Finding the place. It's located in an alley (not a street) leading to some stairs where the dumpsters are. It's next to a yellow building, and when you enter, it looks like you're accessing the building from the back

The apartment was nice, with a comfortable bed, a great shower, air conditioning, TV, and a coffee maker. However, there was one major issue: small cockroaches were crawling everywhere in the kitchen. Although the rest of the stay was fine, this problem really affected our overall experience. In the bedroom, we had to block the gap in the door with a towel to prevent them from getting through
