So peaceful I was woken by birdsong, then 'Bunty' arrived for her morning belly rubs...and she is most insistent. Michelle and Philip are warm and welcoming hosts who ensure your stay is pleasant and offer to do so much for you. This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment which the pictures don't do justice. It's spotlessly clean, airy with a comfy bed and all amenities. But its tranquil location, right by the canal and in impressive grounds that make this special. A real treat to find with cycle trails on your doorstep and Leitirim & Drumshanbo close by for shops, bars, cafe's etc.

Philip & Michelle are wonderful hosts, welcoming us warmly into their gorgeous B&B. The garden which is more like a park offered plenty of walking & sitting space. Best of all: dogs are welcome. The location is stunning, too, directly at the canal. We stayed after a difficult year and they gave us the relaxing time we needed.

Quite close to many amenites

Would have preffered to have our accom separate and the owners not living at same premises

Great location. Host very open and generous with use of garden and play equipment for kids. Kids had a ball playing with everything and could have spent a day here without going anywhere. Cycle connection to Drumshambo excellent and lots of sights within 30min drive of the location.
