Tucked away private and peaceful, nice amenities and decorations etc.

close to the beach. Huge terrace but no cover. Plenty of seating but we couldn't use it much due to drizzle. Seats were canvas therefore too wet to sit on. the bedrooms do not have any windows, not really an issue, just strange kitchen had everything in it. large fridge is a bonus it was beautifully decorated but far too many items, in our opinion. we missed a table with chairs to be able to sit at , but that is more how we as an older couple feel. We do not like barstools. uncomfortable. the beach is fantastic! you can walk for miles. Nothing much else in Waitarere. 15 mins drive to Foxton which is fantastic.

some sort of cover on terrace so we could have sat outside the lounge suite needs updating. too many items all over the place. extra floor rug should be removed as we think it is not very hygienic.

I was waiting for an email explaining how to find them. Poor property identification.

A bigger address number at the roadside so as to see down the driveway at night.

Needs badly up-dating shower especially.

The location was perfect. Almost on the beach. Well designed and cosy, home away from home. Beautiful hosts, that went extra mile, by popping the heater on before I returned on a very chilly evening.

The property was modern. We loved the art work. The chilled water and chocolates were a lovely surprise. The property was great for entertaining our friends. It was great to be close to the beach.
