Where do i start??? Everything was just perfect in every way. Sarah went above and beyond to help me on my needs I asked for. We stayed in sheer luxury,the beds were so comfy everything was so clean and fresh,so many special little touches,if we need to return to worcester again we will 100% stay here. Thanks Sarah once again.

We really appreciated the personal touches including gluten-free bread for coeliacs and meeting our additional requirements with regards to parking.

We would have preferred thinner duvets in the summer and dishwasher safe crockery.

The property was spotless cosy and beautifully presented. Lots of thoughtful touches - snacks, coffee tea milk bread jam etc. Lovely soap sumptuous bathroom
