Studio apartment - terrace, private parking place

Mostly everything, the location was outside of the main city but all the necessities were located nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. All the instructions where very clearly communicated by the host. So all went smoothly.

The property is in the basement and could be challenging for old people as its quiet dark when you enter and will take few seconds to locate the light switch. Also, a fan would be a great addition to already amazing facilities.

Bathroom was a work in progress and entry and common areas were in need of a redo. Building Quite rundown.

Quiet area, close to nature

It's cosy and calm appartment located in suburb of Wurtsburg. You can find everything you need for a comfort stay there. It was pleasure to comunicate with the host, they responsed to my requests very quick and provided with the help needed.

We rented this apartment because of its proximity to the people we were visiting. The living area was nice and we liked the comfort of the bed. We arrived early and appreciated that we could access the apartment in advance of the scheduled check-in time. The location is quiet but still with relatively quick access to the main city of Wurzburg.

We were pretty unimpressed with the bathroom facility. It was drab and while it might have been clean it didn't really look it. The bathtub had been repaired at some point and was not re-enameled so it looked bad. There were also a couple of items that were in need of repair, including one of the window blinds. The lighting in the living area was poor - a harsh overhead light and there were no nightstands by the bed or reading lights there - it was sort of an all or nothing lighting situation.

The facilities were top notch.Everything you need in a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking at front of property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Bus stops into Old Town 6 minutes walk away (downhill). Host very good with information re Wurzburg etc.

Nothing at all but would have preferred to stay longer.

The apartment is not big but enough for 4 people family and with everything you might need for stay and apartment is clean, and it is bonus that the parking is just in front of apartment. Also we are quite happy with host with clear information how to get key and find the apartment. Thanks!
