Gemütliches Studio im Herzen Würzburgs

Ich habe meine Tochter besucht, die in der Sanderau wohnt. Die Lage war demzufolge top. Und ergo „musste ich nur gut schlafen und sauber und komfortabel duschen“. Hat beides sehr, sehr gut funktioniert und ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Der Aufstieg in den 3. Stock ist schon recht sportlich ;) „Noch geht es“ :) Parksituation ist ein bisschen blöd, Aber wir haben es hinbekommen

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort waren sehr gut

Es funktionierten nur 2 Heizkörper aber die elektronische Zusatzheizung tat ihren Dienst sehr gut

Sehr stilvolle Wohnung mitten im Studentenvirtel

Check-in was very easy, and the communication before and during the stay was clear and helpful. The apartment is charmingly furnished and has a very good coffee machine. The location is excellent — Main Bridge, the Dom, and the Residenz are all within walking distance — yet it’s pleasantly quiet.

The first impression when entering the building isn’t great, but the apartment on the third floor is fine. It’s a bit sound-permeable, though generally quiet. Some parts (like the kitchenette and bathroom) feel a bit dated but are overall solid. Parking isn’t easy, but that’s a generally difficulty and not the property’s problem.
