Clean rooms, beds, clean toilets can comfortably stay with two families with two kids. Big space. Peaceful locality.

Used vim bar was kept in the kitchen for us to use. Cockroaches in kitchen. Broken modular kitchen door.No wifi connection. One risky door with no lock in the kitchen if there is a kid staying . Local Hathaway cable connection which disconnects in bad weather. Small Tv screen . The open staircase for guests is very risky during rain. Insufficient lights in the varanda. I needed to light a torch at night.
