A tulajdonos nagyon korrekt, rendes és rugalmas volt. A fürdő maximum 10 percre van babakocsival is, szóval nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése.

Klíma nem volt, viszont volt alternatív hűtési lehetőség, szóval még ez sem igazán negatívum.
