Strandzicht Zandvoort

This property is owned by Sil, who is easy-going, welcoming, hospitable, communicative - all huge plus-points. The property has an amazing view out to sea, an outdoor seating area (though it was plagued by large unusual flies on at least one occasion), a parking space, proximity to the town, supermarket and station (with direct trains to Amsterdam). What's not to love :) It was great to have a separate bedroom to our daughters, and to have a lounge to relax in. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer all available, we didn't need anything else. Sil even provided a bowl of fruit and some chocolate eggs - yum. The shower pressure was excellent, and there were lots of large, fluffy towels, but due to the small size of the shower, the curtain kept sticking to us. Lots of space in the bathroom for four sets of wash stuff, plus a good hairdryer. The apartment is laid out very well, but it is very small.

The only thing I really didn't like was that the small double bed was extremely firm - and I'm large, so can usually sink into anything. I'd also change the wardrobe to deep shelves with lots of space between them, to store our bags/cases.

Updated apartment, very accommodating host! Will Be back for sure!

Perfect Appartment, perfect location and very nice host. Appartment has been renovated this year so everything is new and fresh.
