Great location, nice host, spacious

The apartment is really spacious, and the building itself is well built. There are a lot of kitchen utensils available, and a good Carrefour shop is just across the street. As for the location, it's good if your main point of interest in Casablanca is Hasan II Mosque and walks along the seashore, but if you prefer walking downtown, I'd suggest looking for a room closer to it.

We were there during the winter, and it was really cold inside, so don't forget to bring some warm home clothes with you. Also, given the fact that it's cold, having a hair drier would be very helpful. Also, the statement on the site that the hosts speak English sound a bit overoptimistic. Try spending a few weeks before your trip improving your French and/or Arabic.

the location was good.

the air conditioner did work but we could’t change the temperature or anything else on it. even thoug we pressed the right buttons, the heat or the blow did not change. The TV did not work at all. we did inform about this the staff, but they did not do anything. the sink in the kitchen was very dirty, and so was the whole kitchen. in the water heater there was mold inside. our mother cleaned the whole kitchen herself, even though it should have been done by the Hotel staff. the pots were dirty as well and so we had to pick our own pots from home. the water temperature in the shower changed all the time from cold to hot. our mother got flu because of that. finally when we left, our mother cleaned the whole room for the hotel so they did not have to clean it even though they should.
