Great staff, extremely flexible in our difficult situation. Nice place

We were on our way to Hoedspruit and had our car packed with food etc for our stay only to be told they could not accommodate us due electrical failure in the area. This left us in a very difficult situation as we had to try and find other accommodation while we were driving and it was also getting late. The people at Raptors gave us a refund but our biggest disappointment was that booking.com was not responsive and until today they have not come back to us to even apologise for the lack of assistance. I called booking.com amd emailed for help but they were not bothered. Have been using them for years but have lost faith.

The lounge suite is worn out, it’s not even comfortable to sit on. There’s spider webs and cockroaches The pillows too soft, I woke up with a sore neck daily
