Just needs a deep clean, but otherwise good. Bed very comfortable!

The location of the accomodation and it's convenience..shops within walking distance...security of the accomodation..

Location was good

The plugs and celling fan in the loft bedroom did not work. The Patio door in the loft was jammed and would not open. Loft bedroom was therefore unusable, and my son had to sleep on the couch in the lounge. The WI-FI code did not work at all. We had to connect using hotspot to our phones at great cost.

Security was good (inside security complex), safe close parking infront of the unit.

It was not that easy to find the booking-in counter. Only the 2 x downstairs bedrooms had air-conditioning in. The 3rd bedroom in the loft was extremely warm without an air-conditioner and the 2 x people had to eventually sleep downstairs in the lounge under a fan, but it was extremely hot. The lounge also did not have an Air-conditioner. Only one bathroom to share between 6 people (3 x bedrooms). No separate toilet. Wasn't what we expected for a family of 6.
