The only think to like in these apartments is location.

Very old fashioned. Furniture looks like leftovers from evewhere. Shower leaking, toilet disgusting. Pillows very bad.

Nothing really. Besides cheap price.

It’s over rated! This is not a 8.5 rating property. More like a 5.5. Not sure how it got that high a rating? Walk in there is graffiti on the outside, the hallway is dark. If I was a female would be nervous. And it’s hot. Provide a fan!
