Wonderful location with easy access and short walking distance for swimming in Lake Como. Beautiful views from the bedroom over the lake and hills. Under cover and secure parking was perfect during the heat of summer. Ferry access at Menaggio not far away and comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony.

The flat screen tv listed on the Booking.com site does not exist. There is an antique tv which does not work. The apartment building together with the others adjacent form a square with outside parking including garbage collection. At any time day or night residents empty their garbage into the appropriate industrial bins. This means there is fairly constant noise of smashing glass coming from the glass collection bin. Both shower heads needs to be replaced, not a big cost that would enhance an otherwise lovely apartment along with a decent or at least working tv.

Close to the lake, own parking space in the building, elevator.

Shower should be renovated and redesigned, bunk beds in the foyer are useless, cleaning is good, but should look under the bed as well.

Amazing location and well equipped apartment for a lovely stay in Lake Como. All equipment required is provided, location perfect as close to little beach to swim, great location to visit Menaggio, Lenno, Varenna(by ferry or car)! Good Internet connection, comfy beds, private secured parking.
