Appartement bien situé, hôte très accueillant

Stayed for 1 night of the total 2 week stay in Alexandria and later shifted to another apartment with Sea View. • The apartment is located on the third floor above a supermarket that’s open 24 hrs. • The view of the sea from the apartment is good, and that is the only real positive aspect of the property. • Caretaker Um Yasin is worked hard to fix issues that she could fix and in her control. . She arranged a room heater, an iron and hair dryer from her house. • After we expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner of the apartment, explaining that most of the promised amenities were not available, the owner acknowledged the issue. • They managed to arrange another apartment from their portfolio in the same area. Though I had to pay more than my budget to stay for next 2 week. • The new apartment was located on the first floor and also had a sea view. This was the only reason I stayed in this apartment as my wife preferred to stay in lower floors. there are may apartments for a fraction of the cost, but in high floors available in Alexandria

1. False Advertisement of Amenities • The listing advertised 200–250 amenities. • Around 90% of those amenities were not available in the apartment. • The advertisement is highly misleading and inaccurate. 2. Heating Problems • When we arrived around 10 AM, the weather was rainy, cold and windy. • The apartment had no heater initially. • The AC in the living room was not working (wires were cut). • Only one bedroom AC worked, which we used for heating. • After about 3 hours, a portable heater was arranged. 3. Kitchen Facilities – Very Poor Condition • The kitchen is extremely small, old and outdated. • The microwave mentioned in the listing does not exist. • Instead, there is an old grill (approximately 20–25 years old). • The kettle was not working. • The kitchen was dusty and poorly maintained. 4. Gas Connection Issue • The gas connection was disconnected when we arrived. • Gas service was restored only after about 4 hours. 5. Washing Machine Not Working • The washing machine was defective and unusable. 6. Bathroom Condition • Bathrooms were not clean. • Floors were slippery and untidy. 7. Internet / Wi-Fi Not Available • In reality, there was no internet service at all. • we were simply asked to “adjust” without internet. Note to Booking.com One major issue with Booking.com listings, especially apartments managed by individual owners, is the lack of communication before booking. In many cases, when we send questions or queries to the property owners through the platform, they simply do not respond. They expect guests to proceed with the booking and payment without clarifying important details. This creates a frustrating experience for travellers and feels unfair to customers who are trying to make informed decisions. Most hosts do not reply to messages or questions, which makes it difficult to verify facilities or conditions before arrival. Another concern is that many listings contain outdated photos that do not reflect the current condition of the property

المكان جميل جدًا، الشقة موقعها ممتاز على البحر مباشرة، وصاحب الشقة ذوق ومتعاون

ما لم يعجبني هو أن عزل الصوت ضعيف جدًا، وبسبب أن الشقة على البحر مباشرة فصوت الطريق يكون مرتفعًا ومزعجًا أثناء النوم. يمكن تحسين ذلك بتركيب شبابيك ألومنتال بعزل أفضل. كذلك لا يوجد ميكروويف ولا يوجد إنترنت داخل الشقة، ويفضل توفيرهم لتحسين الإقامه

I had a good short stay at this apartment . The place was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth, every thing available around . I would recommend it for short visit.

العماره كانت تحت الترميم مما سبب نوع من الازعاج والغبار ، باب الشقه الرئيسي ومدخلها يحتاج لصيانه ليقفل ويفتح بسهوله .

الموقع جميل جداً، والسعر مناسب والشقة نظيفة، والموظفة كانت بأرقى تعامل للأمانة…شكراً لكم وبالتأكيد سأحجز لديكم مجدداً
