Nice place, lots of windows. Couple spots need touch-up paint. I would design the sitting room differently. The chairs were kind of pointless and I recommend replacing them with another couch, and sliding the one couch back to open the space up more. Also, provide lighter blankets as an alternative to the duvets, which are quite heavy.
