The property is exceptional, one of the best we have ever rented around the world and certainly the best in this trip. The location and the quality are top. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

"A special treat that exceeds expectations in many ways to delight."

Private situation with picture windows, good kitchen and sitting areas in and out, all overlooking the sea. All was better than anyone could hope for. It is a special gem of a place, quiet location, enhanced with all the thoughtful and complete facilities.

Booking.com list the location as Charleston but it is only near there as the crow flies across an estuary. Access by road is head to Seal colony at Cape Foulwind and follow Okari road and keep on down gravel road at S. end of Tauranga Bay. Hard to believe Sat Nav is right when effectively takes you so far from Charleston. Location could be better described on Booking . Com .

"A real home from home"

Absolutely everything. Has amazing views beautiful flowers everywhere and was exceptionally clean. Well equipped with all you would need, comfortable beds and very secluded.

That we had to leave, so wished we could’ve stayed longer.
