Kemudahan pakir kenderaan, Boleh pakir 2 buah kenderaan. Bilik selesa dengan penghawadingin. Alhamdullilah, Memuaskan.
Tiada mesin basuh dan pengering dan tiada dapur untuk memasak. Biasanya penyewa memerlukan ini kerana yang datang berkeluarga,tentulah ada anak yang nak mandi kolam,nak memasak simple simple untuk keluarga...Nak berjimat ...
