The owner contacted me one hour before check-in and guided me on how to collect the key from the mailbox. The instructions regarding the house rules, parking rules, and check-in/check-out procedures were clear and easy to follow.
The mailbox was quite hidden, and I needed extra guidance from the guard since I wasn’t familiar with the surroundings. There were quite a lot of rules for an Airbnb stay, and this was my first time experiencing an Airbnb that required a security deposit from guests.

Smooth booking process but later required to add additional RM100 deposit to get a QR access pass.
Complicated check in due to split unit and 3 different codes for different locks. Thought it was a hotel until found out it's a homestay apartment room.
