Relatív közel van mindenhez, ennek ellenére csendes része a városnak.

Talán a szomszédos szobákból származó zajok (kisgyermekes családok esetén kicsit kellemetlen az éjszakai órákban, de ez vele jár és szerencse kérdése :-) )
