O apartamento é muito simpático e tem boa localização

Não gostei da limpeza. O apartamento precisa de ser melhor limpo: as carpetes estavam cheias de nódoas, o tabuleiro do forno estava extremamente sujo, a mesa de vidro tinha marcas de copos e os móveis do quarto de casal estavam sujos. O frigorífico não é prático, pois está muito alto.

The flat was beautiful, very light and airy, kitchen very modern with all you would need to cook although we didn’t use it tbh!

The bathroom could do with a little attention, but nothing major just side of bath coming away from side, slight leak on radiator. Could do with a handrail for the less mobile in bath/shower. That being said it’s just a small note.

Wow- what a lovely property. Exactly as described. Great central location and easy to find.

Regency Apartment. Perfect for a Cheltenham long weekend. Quiet, well served and very homely. Traditional and authentically dated.

General maintenance and cleanliness needs a review if the property is left vacant for several months at a time. It was clean superficially. Challenging to keep white carpets and walls clean when available as a holiday let.

Great location & spotlessly clean. Really nice people to deal with too.

An absolutely amazing flat. Though the word 'flat' does not do it justice! The attention to detail was awesome, and we had a fabulous stay. The weather wasn't kind, so we spent lots of time luxuriating in the marvellous sitting room. Would not hesitate to recommend the property. A true gem!
