The Prio Residence

the room was nice and clean also owner communication was great. feel like you actually live there or your home plus close to airport and plazas. highly recommended

The apartment is very nice with a great design! The rooms were beautifull and very confortable bed. We had everything to cook or wash our clothes. The bathrooms were largers and cleaned. The pool were big ans the location very nice if you dont want to be in the center and closer to the airport. You just need to cross the street to be in the shopping center and walk around 1km to the airport.

The cleaning in some specific points didnt exist like in the back of the bed and under the courtains. Could be easily fixed to this apartment still be a very good choice.

Everything was clean and well equipped. The owner was very nice and helped with all the questions asked beforehand. Everything was perfect!

The location was quite far from the center. But all was resolved by taking Grab, though, it was very hard to catch any because they won’t accept during the rain, so we had to wait over 1 hour to catch one Grab car. This is not related to the property but Chiang Mai traffic jam is kinda like in Bangkok, so get a scooter if you wanna travel around easily :)

Very close to airport. Great price. Pool looked great but was full of children so we didn't use it.

Very small living area. Bed was super super firm.

It was a nice apartment, building was very safe, shower was good! Wifi worked good. Gym and pool were good but pool only get the sun in the morning! Host is easily contacted and replies quickly.

The bed was ROCK solid, so hard and very uncomfortable! It is quite far out from places so we had to taxi (which a lot of the taxi drivers found difficult to find). We were also expecting a washing machine which we didn’t have on arrival so that’s a bit of a disappointment but not to worry. Quite small but very cheap so worth the money!
