Apartment Royal III

Location is good. Close to the city center. Breakfast was delivered to apartment

Location of reception and accommodation are completely in different places. Apartment was restively small. Parking slot space is for compact cars only and requires very good parking skills. Breakfast didn’t worth amount played. Worth to consider take a room w/o breakfast and have it somewhere else

Location was good, staff was friendly, the price okay.

Wifi didn’t work, our car was too long, and we didn’t manage to park the car in underground parking, outside though we spent just a little paying for parking. Also the feeling that the apartment needs tony renovation to have better impression.

Near the center, clean sheets and duvets.

Royal I would say several years ago. The pace is smaller than in the photos, the interior and furniture worn-out. The laminated floor is peeling in some places and several tiles in the balcony were ripped out. There was dog hair all over the sofa and we even found dishes in the dishwasher, not shelves. It is written that the apartment has parking lot. Yes, but then came it was said that it is narrow and fits just small car. Yes, indeed small :D. We made it, BUT not reccomend to try yourself. And it was hot inside and loud from the outside.

Beautiful apartment.

They didn't have a parking spot in garage;( We looked extensively and there is no spot "35." The garage remote did not open either garage door attached to the building. When I asked if I could send a picture of the garage so they could tell me exactly where said spot was, they told me they wouldn't be able to show me. Check out is 10' so earlier than normal. Just a bummer due to the fact that we booked the place based on the availability of a parking spot. Also- no sheets on bed. It's as if no one knows what's going on in that apartment. If you don't need a parking spot, or sheets to sleep on, it's a great place.

Location was great, apartment was new and had everything you might need for a short stay. Dog friendly!

The apartment offers a free parking but the door opener for the car park didn't work and we did not manage to drive into the garage. Also the staff didn't speak any English so we actually had a random polish man from the street to help us to call the reception. At the end they just told us to park on the street and didn't bother to come help us with the issue.

No towels sets (please add full towels sets; we were staying for 3 nights and wasn't provided with towels for face, for the floor in bothroom, etc). Only hand towel and body towel - its not enough for comfortable stay. No flexibility in check in time Could be cleaner The apartment itself looks more used and tired than you can see from the pics
