The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was also great and very convenient for getting around.

It was quite noisy at night with traffic and car horns. As a light sleeper, I found it difficult to sleep through the night, but this may not be an issue for everyone.

Perfect location. Easy to get to from New Street station or Moor Street. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Deposit returned straight away after checking out.

Perfect location for New Street station, Bullring and seeing a show at the Hippodrome. Very clean and comfortable. The host was lovely, answered questions quickly and the deposit was returned before we even got on the train home!

"A gorgeous penthouse apartment with a super friendly host - in a great location!"

The penthouse is well furnished, very clean and beds are super comfortable. The host was so friendly and helpful - sent very detailed instructions on how to collect the keys and was really quick sending back the security bond/deposit. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed to attend a gig at the O2 Academy - which is roughly a 5-10 minute walk away so perfect location.

We loved the penthouse itself - it's so light and roomy - a perfect place to stay when visiting Birmingham. The communal corridor that leads to the penthouse, however, could do with updating. HOWEVER - this is NOT the host's fault.
