Car parking facility - good. Apartment was comfortable.

Although we turned turned heating off, the apartment was still very warm. Opening windows eased off the heat.

"Great short stay"

Comfortable beds. Clean apartments. Warm. Close to station, close to Tesco and ninja warrior

Required more seating at the dining table for a family of 6. Required a bigger sofa. And seating to rest thing in bathroom and bedroom

"good and conveniently located especially if you need to get to the University."

The apartment is spotless and tidy.

There was a pipe issue but owner was very responsive and promptly turned up on New Year’s Eve to look into it. Really appreciate the effort.

"Very good"

Location is near to essex university, near to Tessco, to the bus stand. There is a lift for the upper floors.

The wooden floor is too noisy. The main bathroom wash basin has no mixer as that hot water and cold water is separate. Main door is very hard to open.
