Property was nice and clean with everything you need

Beds wasn't very stable had trouble getting the keys from the lockbox oven didn't have markers & when I called the property owner they wasn't much help but after fiddling about with it the keys eventually dropped out

The bedroom flooring is badly ribbing and when treading on it you can pinch skin on small feet. Suggest taking slippers

Location is great and the apartment was spacious, can easily accommodate for 4 adults. Available parking on site a a massive advantage. Very clean and well equipped for your every day things. Great place for families who are looking for a holiday stay in Colchester area.

Mostly the noise as one of the bedrooms was by the main road. Little one struggled to sleep due to vehicles or just loud people passing, even with windows closed. Not that it made a big difference, but our apartment was on the second floor, so taking 2 flights of stairs with big heavy luggages could be an issue for some people. Small things in the Appartment, like kettle was broken and didn't have a tissue box, we had to use toilet paper until we bought a tissue box the next morning. Also there is a Nespresso coffee machine, without providing the pods however.
