Catchpole Stays Abbey Field Apartment- A lovely 2 bed apartment with field views near Colchester town centre

Well presented apartment in a great location for local amenities.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately it was for a funeral but it was walking distance to both family who live there and to the crematorium. Apartment was spacious clean and had everything we required.

Parking was a little difficult to find. Little bit noisy from traffic on the street but understand there's not much can be done about either.

Location was good for our purposes - and you could get into town by bus directly from outside the flat. It was a quiet area, and no noise from neighbours. The flat was clean and well maintained. Owners responded quickly to messages.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The flat was comfortable for our needs. It was a great size for a family, and lots of natural light. An extra tea towel would of be great :)

Proximity to Colchester, walking distance. Undercover car parking. Outlook over green space.

Would ideally have liked mattress covers and crisp sheets, fitted old polyester bed sheet were not comfortable.

Very homely place

Only thing I could fault was the fan noise above the master bedroom
